Dear sixth free-lancer who has written to us this week, enclos- ing a wad of photocopies of work that you have done/are doing/feel yourself capable of doing, in the hope of securing a position with Warp Graphics:

Get the hint? We publish ELFQUEST comics. Period. You may be
the best superhero artist in the known universe - and more power to
you if you are - but that doesn't do us a bit of good with respect to
ELFQUEST. I have only one question for you: Can you pencil, ink, color
or letter our characters and stories as well as or
better than anyone who's currently doing so? If your
honest answer is yes, then send samples. Thank you.
