NOTES:
During the time when the Kahvi issues were published, the same editorial column was printed in all EQ issues for the same month. To eliminate redundancy (and to save disk space), the editorials are put on separate pages with links to and from the issue archive(s) in question.
The only issue of Kahvi that has a letters column is issue #1. Since of course there would be no letters to publish in the first issue of a series, this was used to showcase some preview cover art instead. So, therefore, there are no actual letters of comment in any issue of Kahvi.
