Arlene Harris

Arlene Harris (chieftess of Rim of the World Holt) dressed in a Nightfall costume of her own creation. This photograph was taken in the mid 1980's. [JPEG, about 49k]

Also by Arlene Harris, here's an actual Nightfall doll! This doll started life as a Star Fairy, but Arlene re-costumed her and surgically amputated one finger of each of her hands to transform her into our favorite elfin huntress! :-) [JPEG, about 11k]

...However, I guess I (Marty) figured that Nightfall just wasn't quite complete somehow without a weapon of some sort, so I made her a bow and set of arrows (along with a quivver). Yeah, I know the bow should really be larger, but oh well, at least it's wood. [JPEG, about 19k]

Melanie Klegerman

Melanie Klegerman; Since then, Melanie (very thoughtfully, I might add) sent this sketch of Nightfall, which she's allowed me to share here. Neat! [JPEG, about 75k]

More art by Melanie Klegerman may be found at her web site at: http://www.melanieart.com
NOTE 1: Melanie is a professional artist who specializes in fantasy art, and features some just-plain beautiful elves of her own creation on her site. They're not EQ elves, but you can certainly see some Pini influence in her style.
NOTE 2: WARNING! Portions of Melanie's site may contain images that might not be considered suitable for children.

Lithia Knopp; Nightfall continues her quest in the forest... (photograph also by Robert Kipp) [JPEG, about 77k]

More photos of Lithia in costume (and not just as Nightfall!) including more work by Robert Kipp can be found at her web site at: http://ember69.homestead.com/PicPages.html

Marty Kuhn

Marty Kuhn [yeah, me :-) ]; full-figure pencil/ink/watercolor sketch of Nightfall beckoning the viewer to her denning tree. [JPEG, about 71k] This picture, such as it is, started out its life as Nightfall and Redlance together in their denning tree, but after my several attempts at getting Redlance's face at all right resulted in utter failure, I gave up. I'll try again some other time. Incidently, for what it's worth, I also created the "iconic" curves-and-lines Nightfall image that serves as the background for this page.

But hey!

Have you created any Nightfall artwork that you'd like to share..? Any scans of otherwise unpublished artwork by current and/or former Warp artists? Let me know and send me a copy, and (assuming the content is appropriate) I'll be happy to put it up here!
Remember, too much Nightfall is not enough! :-)
